We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Due to COVID-19, every delivery is delayed.
  • Our handling times are 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. 
  • You will receive your order anywhere from 3-20 business days (not include weekends or holidays) from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed. 
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and do not include customs fees or taxes.
